{"id":234,"date":"2015-04-28T13:42:13","date_gmt":"2015-04-28T13:42:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vip.aalbra.dk\/?page_id=234"},"modified":"2023-03-05T13:26:18","modified_gmt":"2023-03-05T13:26:18","slug":"oevepausen","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vip.aalbra.dk\/?page_id=234","title":{"rendered":"\u00d8vepausen"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Her ser vi stort p\u00e5 det, der er skrevet\u00a0med sm\u00e5t.<br \/>\nMeget er for stort, men intet er for sm\u00e5t.<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Orkester-info\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: right;\">\u00a0 Den 1. april 2017<\/p>\n<p>Det er desv\u00e6rre ikke lykkedes at skabe et politisk flertal for at f\u00e5 \u00f8get det samlede budget i det nuv\u00e6rende forsvarsforlig, s\u00e5 de fremtidige store investeringer i Flyvev\u00e5bnet, skal derfor findes indenfor den nuv\u00e6rende bel\u00f8bsramme, og det vil skabe f\u00f8lgevirkninger ud i alle hj\u00f8rner af de enkelte Wings.<\/p>\n<p>AGENDA:<\/p>\n<p>Ledelsen for ATW-Aalborg ser sig derfor n\u00f8dsaget til at foretage visse \u00e6ndringer og introducere nye tiltag.<\/p>\n<p>Det er \u00e5rsagen til denne henvendelse, som den nye bestyrelse for musikforeningen modtager dags dato. Det er en opfordring om aktiv medvirken til at den samlede budgetramme kan overholdes.<\/p>\n<p>I henvendelsen perspektiverer personaleafdelingen i samarbejde med den \u00f8konomiansvarlige nogle eksempler p\u00e5 tiltag, hvor musikerne i AALBRA kan t\u00e6nkes at v\u00e6re medvirkende til at str\u00e6kke stationens udgifter.<\/p>\n<p>Det er et direkte krav fra stationen, at musikerne hver is\u00e6r l\u00e6gger mindst 3 timers frivilligt arbejde om ugen. Man har udregnet, at 3 timer om ugen x 25 mand svarer til 2 hele \u00e5rsl\u00f8nninger, som dermed kan spares p\u00e5 stationens tr\u00e6ngte budget.<\/p>\n<p>Man har dog ikke t\u00e6nkt sig at uddanne musikere til piloter eller til andre specialuddannelser, &#8211; det ville kr\u00e6ve store udgifter, som aldrig tjener sig ind.<\/p>\n<p>Man har udelukkende fokuseret p\u00e5 arbejdsopgaver, som umiddelbart kan give en indtjening ved at spare en nuv\u00e6rende l\u00f8nudgift og\/eller effektivere en best\u00e5ende funktion.<\/p>\n<p>Eksempler p\u00e5 musikernes indsatsomr\u00e5der kunne v\u00e6re:<\/p>\n<p>Afl\u00f8sning i Hovedvagten. Kravene i dette indsatsomr\u00e5de er:<\/p>\n<p>Man m\u00e5 ikke v\u00e6re r\u00f8d\/gr\u00f8n farveblind.\u00a0Der er dog ikke noget krav om evner i forhold til tids-koordinering vedr. sammenh\u00e6ngen mellem &#8220;r\u00f8dt lys \/ bom ned&#8221; og &#8220;gr\u00f8nt lys \/ bom op&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Hovedansvarlig spytbakke-materielmester.<\/p>\n<p>Her er der tale om en helt nyopsl\u00e5et stilling. Den g\u00e5r ud p\u00e5 at genindf\u00f8re fortidens spytbakker, s\u00e5 det voldsomme og kostbare overforbrug af savleklude kan udfases. Spytbakke-materielmesteren f\u00e5r til ansvar at p\u00e5se, at musikerne rammer den udleverede spytbakke, og at udpege et spytbakke-soigneringsteam.<\/p>\n<p>Servicefunktioner hos \u201cForsvarets Dag.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her foretr\u00e6kkes personer med udpr\u00e6gede diplomatiske f\u00e6rdigheder, som b\u00e5de kan g\u00e5 stille med d\u00f8rene og lukke dem efter sig, s\u00e5 \u201cForsvarets Dag\u201d kan arbejde uforstyrret og dermed mere effektivt.<\/p>\n<p>Denne aktivitet kommer prim\u00e6rt til at foreg\u00e5 p\u00e5 mandage, hvor LUFTMATROSERNE dyrker deres kursusaktiviteter.<\/p>\n<p>Bestyrelsen for musikforeningen er vidende om, at nogle arbejdsomr\u00e5der kan v\u00e6re mere tiltr\u00e6kkende end andre, derfor fordeles opgaverne efter f\u00f8rst til m\u00f8lle princippet, ved tilmelding via hjemmesidens kontaktformular.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Ny service i Hovedvagten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/vip.aalbra.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/VAGT.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1321\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1321\" src=\"http:\/\/vip.aalbra.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/VAGT-300x210.jpg\" alt=\"VAGT\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vip.aalbra.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/VAGT-300x210.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vip.aalbra.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/VAGT.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Den 1. april 2016<\/p>\n<p>Flyvestation Aalborg har i de seneste \u00e5r haft en stor udfordring med de stadigt strammere budgetter. Samtidig med at aktivitetsniveauet \u00f8ges p\u00e5 alle parametre, har det f\u00f8rt til urimelige nedsk\u00e6ringer p\u00e5 de bl\u00f8de v\u00e6rdier i hele organisationen.<\/p>\n<p>I en presset situation opst\u00e5r undertiden l\u00f8sninger, som man ellers aldrig ville have overvejet.<br \/>\nMan har registreret at post- og varelevering, Forsvarets Dag, fastansat milit\u00e6rt og civilt personale, samt servicemedarbejdere og reparat\u00f8rer i eksterne virksomheder m.fl., hver dag passerer i meget stort antal forbi den lille vagtbygning i Hovedvagten (se foto).<\/p>\n<p>Det har givet flyvestationen inspiration til en ekstra indt\u00e6gt. Man har i nattens l\u00f8b indrettet en p\u00f8lsevogn i den ene ende af vagtbygningen, s\u00e5 den st\u00e5r klar til den 1. april. S\u00e5 for fremtiden, kan man k\u00f8be en drive-in hotdog og en flyversjus ved ruden i vagtbygningen.<br \/>\nMan forventer sig en h\u00f8j oms\u00e6tning og et godt provenue. Og som en bonusgevinst forventer man f\u00e6rre p\u00e5k\u00f8rsler af bommen i forbindelse med at alle nu automatisk vil g\u00f8re holdt ved ruden.<\/p>\n<p><em>Bem\u00e6rk! Dette tiltag er desv\u00e6rre blevet udsat p\u00e5 ubestemt tid, da alle sikkerhedsmedarbejdere f\u00f8rst skal gennemg\u00e5 det obligatoriske hygiejnekursus.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Bedre lyd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Den 1. april 2015<\/p>\n<p>En lille dims, som kan forbedre\u00a0intonationen i bl\u00e6seinstrumenter, bliver i dag afpr\u00f8vet i nogle af vore\u00a0musikinstrumenter.<\/p>\n<p>Det\u00a0drejer sig om en frekvensmodulator i mikrost\u00f8rrelse, som er blevet tilovers i forbindelse med den seneste opdatering af computersystemerne p\u00e5\u00a0F-16.<\/p>\n<p>Efter\u00a0montering vil instrumenterne altid stemme, og ydermere kan man\u00a0programmere vanskelige passager ind i frekvensmodulatoren, &#8211; s\u00e5\u00a0forkerte toner er herefter pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Og\u00a0indbygningen kan foretages s\u00e5 den ikke kan ses p\u00e5 instrumentet. F\u00f8rste afsnit kan ses ved at klikke <a href=\"http:\/\/tv.nrk.no\/serie\/korpsfiksert\/dvfj69003111\/sesong-1\/episode-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">her<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Bjarne Carstensen har ladet sig afhorne<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Eftersom det\u00a0ikke er kutyme at fremh\u00e6ve hverken nye eller afg\u00e5ende musikere i aalbra, s\u00e5 lad dette v\u00e6re undtagelsen.<\/p>\n<p>Bjarne Carstensen har valgt at stoppe som aktiv i aalbra, selvom orkesteret stadig har en meget stor plads i hans hjerte.<br \/>\nDet der har gjort udslaget for Bjarnes valg, er den sidste tids tiltagende tumlerier med helbredet.<\/p>\n<p>Bjarne var orkestrets f\u00f8rste dirigent, og fungerede som s\u00e5dan i otte \u00e5r.<br \/>\nSenere har Bjarne v\u00e6ret dirigentafl\u00f8ser, instrukt\u00f8r p\u00e5 instrumentalundervisning, og aktiv solohornist i orkestret.<\/p>\n<p>Bjarne har et godt \u00f8re for musikken, og det har v\u00e6ret en medvirkende \u00e5rsag til, at han i 2009 modtog det k\u00e6rlige kram, som &#8220;Unoden&#8221; jo egentlig er.<\/p>\n<p>For sagen er &#8211; Bjarne h\u00f8rer alt &#8211; og kommenterer det ogs\u00e5 gerne &#8211; s\u00e5 vi lige kan f\u00e5 rettet fejlene, inden de bliver for gamle og fastgroede.<br \/>\nBjarne har aldrig brugt at promovere sig selv, men har derimod en enest\u00e5ende evne til at st\u00f8tte, og\u00a0samtidig ogs\u00e5 give god plads til andre.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg (Hans) har i pr\u00e6cis fem \u00e5r haft det privilegium at have Bjarne som &#8220;wingman&#8221;, og de \u00e5r er simpelthen fl\u00f8jet afsted.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg ville \u00f8nske, at der startede en ny fem-\u00e5rs periode n\u00e6ste onsdag.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><big>&#8220;Das Horn ist die Seele des Orchesters&#8221;<\/big><\/strong>, sagte der ber\u00fchmte Komponist Robert Schumann<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><big>Metronomer &#8211; takt eller utakt!\u00a0<\/big><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To tomme d\u00e5ser kan hj\u00e6lpe til med at holde takten! <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Aaxw4zbULMs&amp;feature=player_detailpage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Se selv: \u00a0 KLIK KLIK KLIK KLIK<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Sidste nyt &#8211; udsigt til medaljer til musikerne i AALBRA<\/strong><br \/>\nEfter den veloverst\u00e5ede parade for de udsendte til Mali, kom oberst Karsten Fledelius Jensen hen for at takke orkesteret for dets indsats.<br \/>\nHerunder fortalte han om en tilsvarende parade i samme flotte ops\u00e6tning, som han havde deltaget i dagen forinden i Karup.<br \/>\nProblemet var bare, at i Karup var der desv\u00e6rre ingen musikledsagelse, og det gjorde en v\u00e6sentlig forskel p\u00e5 helhedsindtrykket, udtalte han.<\/p>\n<p>Webmaster spurgte, om obersten virkelig mente, at vores orkester havde v\u00e6ret med til at g\u00f8re en v\u00e6sentlig forskel, &#8211; og det kunne han bekr\u00e6fte.<br \/>\nS\u00e5 er det m\u00e5ske lige f\u00f8r, at musikerne st\u00e5r til at f\u00e5 en medalje, n\u00e5r vi ogs\u00e5 er med til at g\u00f8re en forskel, spurgte nu den ivrige webmaster igen.<br \/>\nJa, naturligvis, svarede obersten. Som regel\u00a0sammenbygger man et F-horn og et Bb-horn, men andre kombinationer forekommer.<br \/>\nF\u00e6lles for de fleste hornister er, at noderne l\u00e6ses som var de skrevet i F &#8211; ogs\u00e5 selvom man spiller p\u00e5 Bb-hornssiden eller p\u00e5 et single\u00a0Bb-horn, &#8211; s\u00e5 l\u00e6ses noden alligevel som om den er noteret i F.<br \/>\nNoderne der skrevet i Es &#8211; som de altid er til horngruppen i brass bandet &#8211; spilles ofte p\u00e5 Bb-hornet, noden l\u00e6ses som var den i F, og transponeres ned til Es. The more copper you add, the redder the brass color is. Cartridge brass (what we commonly refer to as yellow brass and the same composition as the old rifle cartridges) is about 70% copper, 30% zinc<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nickel Silver<\/strong> (occasionally referred to as German Silver in the older books) is regular brass with about 17% pure Nickel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brass<\/strong> has an interesting property: For those not used to thinking metallurgically (sp?), these metals are mixed and dissolve into each other like sugar dissolves into water, not like chlorine combines with sodium to give us table salt. They can be separated using physical, not chemical means. &#8220;Red Rot&#8221; is what you get when the zinc comes out, Green hands is what you get when the copper comes out. It all leads to pitting.<br \/>\nThere are literally hundreds of ways of combining this alloy, leading to an industrial standardization code. This code classifies brass by its tensile strength, not hardness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Higher Copper<\/strong> content leads to a softer alloy, usually characterized by musicians as &#8220;warmer.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Higher Zinc<\/strong> content leads to a more robust alloy. There is no consistent characterization by musicians that I have heard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nickel<\/strong> is a brittle metal and added to brass produces a disproportionate increase in tensile strength. This is why many craftsmen HATE to work with it; it requires more work and frequent annealing. It is frequently characterized as \u201cbright.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And speaking of annealing, the rigidity that is left in the instrument has as great of an effect on the tonal characteristics of the instrument as the actual alloy used.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bronze<\/strong> is a completely different animal in function although it is remarkably similar in composition.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Quote from Sir Simon Rattle<br \/>\n<\/strong> &#8220;Actually you never eyeball a horn player. That&#8217;s one of the real rules. You just don&#8217;t. They&#8217;re stuntmen. You don&#8217;t eyeball stuntmen just before they&#8217;re about to go near death. That&#8217;s really true. You also never tell a horn player you played beautifully last time just before a concert. You see that look. They look at you and they&#8217;re always thinking, I could die now. And you know there&#8217;s something else behind the eyes. That&#8217;s really a truth. And so you have to let them do their very difficult thing without too much disturbing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Rehearsal etiquette<\/strong> doesn&#8217;t seem to get much press, so I&#8217;m wondering if we ought to give it some. Here we go&#8230;<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t sit there and wiggle your valves or keys, or if you&#8217;re a percussionist, play with the toys.<br \/>\nThere is no need to talk. The only ones in an ensemble that should be talking are the conductor and the principals. If you have a question, ask the principal first, and if the answer is not forthcoming, the principal will address the conductor. Believe it or not, there is a hierarchy that should be respected. There is plenty of time to socialize before and after the rehearsal.<br \/>\nTurn your **** cellphone off, or put it on silent. There is nothing more irritating than a cellphone playing the Macarena in the middle of rehearsal.<br \/>\nPractice at home.<br \/>\nIf the conductor stops conducting, that is your cue to stop playing. It is not your cue to start practicing, and it most certainly is not your cue to start talking.<br \/>\nIf your colleague makes a mistake, don&#8217;t laugh, snicker, giggle, snort, guffaw, make a joke, or anything. Trust that your colleague is well aware that there was a mistake, and they will do everything in their power to not make the same mistake again.<br \/>\nYou can only sightread a piece of music once. After that, you are expected to be able to play the piece. Coming to rehearsal unprepared wastes time, and delays the progress of the ensemble.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t argue minutiae. When the conductor asks you to play softer or louder, don&#8217;t quibble over how much louder mf is than mp. Or the other way around. Dynamics are relative.
